Our knowledgeable help-desk attendants answer an 800- number 24 hours a day. By the time your initial call is complete and logged, a field engineer has already been paged. System-down situations get immediate supervisory attention. Next, the engineer identifies all possible causes, and the parts needed for each. Most likely, the required parts are already on-site; if not, we will ship them for next day delivery, or order them direct from the manufacturer.

 

Systems Keep Track of Everything


To be sure your needs won't fall through the cracks, our automated call tracking system provides up-to-the-minute status on every service call and ordered part. Another database tracks the history of all of your covered equipment, all cross-referenced to thousands of manufacturer and vendor records for locating and ordering parts. Most important, we use a smart database - our "guru finder" - to track the product knowledge and expertise within our own organization.
